 Japanese Wooden Kokeshi Doll

This vintage Japanese wooden kokeshi doll represents a girl or a women dressed in a black kimono with white abstract patterns. The obi is plain red. The girl holds a bunch of flowers in her hands in front of her face. She has yellow hair gathered in a bun. While the head of the doll is wood, both the kimono and the obi are washi paper. The doll is attached to a square wooden base.
