Antique Japanese Porcelain Lidded Bowl
This is an antique Japanese porcelain bowl with a lid. The bowl and lid are decorated with good-fortune patterns on the surface: a turtle-shell pattern (kikko-monyo), a plant-based pattern (Hosoge-mon), a peacock motif, and a wave pattern (Seigaiha). The inside has blue and green decorations with gold line accents. There are Kakufuku signatures on the bottom and top of the lid, which are also said to be a good-fortune mark. It is the ideal size to serve soup, rice, or other small food.

- Good condition considering its age. Crack on the lid repaired with glue. A chip on the bowl rim and a light crack from it. Wear and tear due to age. Please see the photos carefully.
