We ship worldwide via Japan Post.  Checkout options are available at checkout.

• International Airpacket 7-14 days (tracking included)
• EMS Express 3-5 days (tracking/insurance included)
• DHL Express 3 days (tracking included)
• Small Packet Parcel 14 days (No tracking, use at your own risk)

ITEMS OVER 2 KG

• EMS Express 5-7 Days (tracking/insurance included)
• Postal Parcel SAL 3-6 weeks (tracking/insurance included) 
• Surface Mail 2-3 months (tracking/insurance included)
• DHL Express 3 Days (tracking included)

Combined Shipping

We do combine shipping.  Our store automatically combines shipping, but due to complex shipping rules, it isn't always perfect.  If you ordered many items and your rate looks high, email us at info@chidorivintage.com, and we will review it and see if we can offer a better rate.  For large orders, it is often beneficial to email us the list of products.  Then we can send you a custom invoice with the perfect shipping rate.  

Customs and Duties

Customs and duties are generally the buyer's responsibility.  The shipping company will contact you to pay these before delivery.  For US customers, we cover estimated import tariffs and duties at checkout. The courier remits these fees to the US government, so no additional charges will be due on delivery.

Handling Time

Our stated handling time is 3 business days.  We try to ship all orders the same day, but our busy auction and estate-sale schedule may make that impossible.  We will get your orders out as quickly as possible.  If you have an urgent order, send us a message, and we will make sure it gets out ASAP.  

Domestic Shipping (Japan)

For orders to Japan, we use Upack through Japan Post.  Orders generally arrive the next day, and you can request a delivery time.  We can also ship for free, and you can pay for shipping on delivery.  This is available upon request.
