Vintage Japanese Postcard Set
This is a vintage Japanese souvenir postcard set featuring full-color pictures of a selection of famous bridges in Tokyo such as the Edobashi bridge and the Nihonbashi bridge. There is a total of 15 postcards, showing the bridges, the cars, the boats and the buildings of Tokyo at the beginning of the Showa period (C1930). Each postcard has written information: the name of the bridge in Japanese and English, the length and the width of the bridge, and its cost of construction. The cards are stored in a paper envelope with titles in Japanese and English. Please note that even though the title reads "16 bridges of Tokyo" there are only 15 cards.
