This is a pair of Japanese hanging scroll (kakejiku) weights, or fuchin. Fuchin is a decoration that hangs on both ends of the bottom of a hanging scroll. It's a decoration as well as weighs the scroll down to keep it straight.
This item features natural quartz stones in a sphere shape with a light green/beige color. It has brown tassels with a gold accent underlayer at the head.
