Vintage African Woman Statue

This is a vintage African statue of a woman, hand-carved from a solid piece of wood. The attention to detail in the carvings is well done and consistent, providing many different textures. The eyes, lips, fingernails, and toenails are painted, and the sides of the head feature two straw braids tied with red string.
