Vtg Japanese Kokeshi Doll Handmade Ornament Figurinec
This is a vintage Japanese traditional craft wooden kokeshi doll, figurine. This is Tengu (long-nosed goblin). It has a long red nose, a small black hat, Tokin, a painting of trees, a mountain, and a Torii, a shrine gate, on its body. Red and gold fabric is around the neck. Kokeshi are simple wooden Japanese dolls with no arms or legs that have been crafted for more than 150 years (the late Edo period) as a toy and amulets for children.
