Vtg Japanese Porcelain Waste Water Bowl
This is a vintage Japanese porcelain wastewater bowl for the tea ceremony or kensui. This blue-and-white bowl features paintings of four types of plants, including plum blossoms and bamboo. A brown line accents the rim. There is a signature on the bottom.
Kensui are traditionally used during tea ceremonies to store wastewater, but can be used in many scenes of modern everyday life.
