Vintage Japanese Paper Uchiwa Fan
This is a Japanese vintage paper fan or Uchiwa. Uchiwa is a traditional fan tool typically made of wood or bamboo and paper in a flat paddle-like shape. It features a simple stylistic depiction of dandelions (also called tanpopo in Japanese). It has a carved wooden handle.
