Vtg Japanese Hina Doll Gold Folding Panel Byobu
This is a vintage miniature folding screen called Byobu. The front of the panel has a gorgeous gold color and its edge is decorated with a black, blue and red pattern mimicking family crests. The back of the panel is made of Japanese washi paper and is green and beige. The whole panel has a black wooden edge embellished with gold color metal parts.
Miniature Byobu folding screens are traditionally used as background in Hina doll displays for Girl's Festival or for Children's Day. This is a delicate and elegant product.
