Vtg Japanese Ceramic Tea Bowl w/Box

This is a Japanese vintage ceramic tea bowl, or chawan, in the Pink Shino ware style. It has a white textured glaze with pock over an orange glaze. There is a sign near the base. It is sold in a paper box, perfect for storage when not in use. This bowl can be used for tea ceremonies and daily use. It is an elegant piece, suitable for any season.
