Vintage Japanese Incense Burner Koro for Buddhist Altar
This item is a vintage ceramic incense burner (koro) made for use as an altar fitting in a Japanese Buddhist altar. It has a glossy black glaze, two handles, and three legs. The lid handle is shaped like a dragon head with the mouth opened. This type of burner is used for burning incense powder or sticks.
