Vintage Chinese Folding Fan Sensu
This is a traditional Chinese decorative folding fan called sensu in Japanese. Both the front and the back feature calligraphy in big black characters. The words translated as: "to love equally" and "the world does not belong to the powerful people but to the normal people". This fan is made with a natural bamboo frame, brushed lacquered on the lateral edges, with silk pasted on paper.
