Vtg Japanese Reed Trivet, Nabeshiki

This is a vintage Japanese trivet or pot coaster, also known as a nabeshiki. Handcrafted and made of dried reeds, it protects tabletops from hot pots, pans, and dishes while also providing warm rustic decoration to any kitchen. It can also be used as a stand for flower vases, lamps, etc.
