Vintage Japanese Wooden Oke Bucket
This is a handmade traditional Japanese lidded wooden bucket made for storing water, rice, or other food products. It is also commonly used for making pickles. Stout, sturdy, and a natural brown color, it is made from precisely cut slats of wood held together by four narrow, twisted copper metal bands via tension. This beautiful classic piece is also perfect for adding traditional flair to any home or office decor. It has a brand on the backside of the lid.
