This eye-catching hand-carved piece is a vintage Japanese wooden hawk statue in a dark brown. The feathers on the wings and body are highly detailed with glass bead eyes. The sculpture's wings spread beautifully as if taking off or landing.
Traditionally, hawks and falcons symbolize happiness, strength, power, and the ability to soar to new heights. It is also representative of a warrior's resolve.
