Vintage Japanese Metal Cow Statue
This is a vintage Japanese bronze statue that depicts a cow with a boy on its back. This motif is from the Jugyuzu Zen teaching known as Kigyukika, which is the sixth step of the ten steps to get enlightenment. This metal statue is brown. The boy is set on the cow with two pins, and a string connects the cow and the boy.
