Antique Japanese Photo Glass Negative Plate

This item is an antique Japanese photo glass negative plate showing a group of men and women sitted in a park and gathered in circle around food in boxes and bottles of alcohol. Almost everyone is wearing Western type clothing and is turning to the camera. They are probably gathered to enjoy O-Hanami, the traditional custom of enjoying the beauty of cherry blossoms. This very detailed negative plate is a rare item showing the life in Japan in the 1900s.
