This is a usubata flower vase made of bronze for ikebana flower arrangements. It consists of two pieces: the bottom stand with two handles and the removable flat saucer-shaped top piece. Standing on three legs, the base depicts a beautiful temple scene with mountains, trees, and a river/sea (sansui).
