Vintage Japanese Lacquered Lidded Bowl
A shining black with a gold rim, this vintage lacquered wooden bowl with lid is a beautifully decorative addition to any traditional Japanese dinnerware set. This particular bowl is considered a nimonowan, a bowl made for boiled main dishes such as vegetables, fish, and sometimes tofu. It can also be used for soups and rice.
