Vintage Japanese Wooden Lacquered Serving Tray

This is a Japanese vintage wooden lacquered tray, or Obon, typically used for serving drinks and snacks to guests in one's home, business, etc. A glossy medium brown in color with lovely wood grain on display in true shunkei-nuri style, this small, sturdy round tray provides both function and beautiful decor.
