Vintage Japanese Bamboo Decorative Rake

This vintage Japanese bamboo decorative rake (kumade) features three masks for the following deities: Ebisu, Daikokuten, Okame (Ofuku). Ebisu and Daikokuten are part of the Seven Lucky Gods, and Okame is also a figure who brings luck and good fortune. This rake is likely from Nangu Taisha, a Shinto shrine.

  • Approx. 11 cm wide x 49 cm tall x 4.5 cm thick
  • Good condition considering its age. Some marks and spots on masks. Some of the pain is missing on one mask. Wear and tear due to age. Please see the photos.
