Vintage Japanese Sake Bottle Cover Komodaru Barrel
This is a vintage Japanese sake bottle cover/sleeve in the shape of a traditional komodaru barrel. Wrapped in an imitation straw woven mat, it is constructed from a sturdy paper cylinder with a removable bottom. The mat is tied with a traditional Japanese color combination of red and white resin bands. The top is open and can be closed by a drawstring.
