Vintage Japanese Soy Sauce Dish
This is a vintage Japanese soy sauce dish, Seiji. It is a small, rectangular shallow bowl or plate meant to hold soy sauce as well as other seasonings for the purpose of dipping. Featuring a twisted cord-looking blue edge design, this white little bowl can also hold other food items such as pickles. This is a common dish when eating sashimi, for example.
