Vtg Japanese Wooden Steamer Seiro Mushiki
This is a vintage Japanese wooden steamer, or seiro, with a removable bamboo mat inside. It is a natural wood brown color. It doesn't include a lid.
Seiro is a cooking utensil used for steaming dishes such as dumplings. Place it on top of a pot of boiling water and let the steam come from below. If you want to put a lid on top, it is recommended to place a wet cloth between the steamer and the lid.

- Good condition considering its age. Some stains, some marks. Light scratches. Subtle cracks along the nails on the lower part. Wear and tear due to age. Please see the photos.
