Vintage Japanese Standing Ouchi Lantern for Obon Festival w/Box

This is a vintage Japanese electric Ouchi lantern. Ouchi lanterns are standing lanterns with three legs that are displayed during the summer Obon festival to commemorate ancestors. The paper lantern has an elegant white and green image of flowers and fits snuggly on its medium brown brushed lacquer wooden frame. It fits flat in its original box. It has an electric light.
