Vintage Cast Iron Skillet Pan Set
This is a vintage set of cast iron Ishigaki skillet pans. Each of the oval iron plates has a simple ringed design on the edge and has a matching medium brown wood base to protect the hot metal from tabletop surfaces. The set comes with an iron handle that can be used on all the plates. In Japan, these items are popularly used to cook hamburger steaks in restaurants and other teppan-style meals. The iron can be placed over heat or in the oven much like a typical cast iron pan.
