Vintage Japanese Buddhist Altar Butsudan Decorative Parts
This is a vintage Japanese part of a Buddhist altar. It is a very beautiful decorative panel crafted from wood. It features a carved design of a flower among vines inside a gold and black lacquered frame. A piece attached to the side is lacquered black to match and has brass metal plates attached with a subtle plant design. This piece was originally part of a Buddhist home altar (butsudan). It can be used as a spare part, for repair, or decoration.
