Japanese Buddhist Altar Fitting Shokudai Candle Stand Butsugu 

This is an antique Japanese vintage candle stand, Shokudai. Crane and turtle candle stand is used by some sects of Jodo Shinshu Buddhism. In Japanese Buddhism, the candle stand is a basic Buddhist tool used in most sects. In the Buddhist world, the light that shines a warm light in the darkness has been considered the light of Buddha's wisdom and mercy.
