Vintage Japanese Porcelain Small Bowl
This is a vintage Japanese Arita Ware porcelain small bowl (kobachi). In a unique obling shape, this bowl is mostly white with a prominent blue square at the inside center with four small turquoise dots ringed in red. It is the right size for side dishes such as small salads, steamed dishes (vegetables, fish, tofu), small portions of fried foods, as well as desserts. There is a maker's mark on the bottom.
