Vintage Chinese Clay Chaban Bowl

This vintage Chinese (possibly Taiwanese) clay wide bowl is a chaban, a tea tray, used during tea ceremony as a tray or to keep the teapot warm. This bowl is brown with beautiful abstract carvings on the outside.
