Antique Japanese Woodblock Print Simplified Calendar
This woodblock print features a simplified calendar of Meiji26 (1892). Some information about a shop is written by hand in the square. The calendar shows data on the court rituals, seasonal turning points days, Sundays of each month, and so on. Under the calendar, Kanji letters look like shop information. The base design is flying cranes, a rising sun, and chrysanthemums, all Japanese lucky charms.
