Antique Japanese Handwoven Straw Storage Basket
This is an antique traditional handwoven straw basket used for the storage of various items and materials. This basket, or Kago, is made with a heavy, wide weave making it incredibly durable and stable. The straw is an aged natural brown with minimal frays considering its age.
