This is a vintage Japanese hair accessory for women's kimono fashion. It is a resin-made Futamata-Kanzashi. Futamata means 2 legs. This is a souvenir from Ise, Mie. It has a painting of the famous "wedded rocks" or Meotoiwa which is a popular tourist site.
