Japanese Wood and Bamboo Shikishi Art Board Frame

This is a vintage Japanese shikishi art board hanging display frame. A combination of wood and bamboo, this frame is in the vague shape of a folding fan and has small bamboo bars that hold each corner of a shikishi in place. The tightness of the bars are adjustable at the back via string.
