Vintage Japanese Wooden Lacquer Serving Tray, Obon 

This is a vintage Japanese wooden lacquered tray. It has a painting of yellow and red flowers with thin leaves inside.  It is round with slightly raised sides so drinks cannot easily slide off.

Obon (serving trays) are typically used for serving drinks and snacks to guests in one's home, business, etc. They provide both function and beautiful decor.
