This is a vintage Japanese porcelain plate. This round, small plate, also called kozara, is white and blue with an elegant ruffled edge. It features clusters of hydrangea flowers in a soft pastel blue. Kozara are and excellent size for small dishes, desserts, and even for holding small trinkets.
