Antique Japanese Ceramic Small Plate

This is an antique Japanese small plate, or meimeizara. It is used for small side dishes, sweets, and sometimes during tea ceremony. This plate is white with various floral motifs including a plum blossom and poppies in gold, red, pink, black, and blue. It has a gold painted rim.
