Antique Japanese Wooden Zenibako Cash Box
This is an antique Japanese zenibako cash box made of wood. With an angled hole cut out through the top, it is used at places such as temples and shrines, vendor stalls, businesses, etc. It contains one long narrow drawer with two compartments. It uses simple iron metal hinges on the top with one panel that opens to access inside. There is no handle or knob on the drawer for safety and can be pulled out by prying the drawer forward from the inside.
