Japanese Wooden Kokeshi Doll

This is a vintage Japanese wooden figurine. A diagonally cut hexagon rod makes this figurine. The face is on the cut surface with a calm expression and a white veil. It has a hole and a string for hanging. There is an inscription around the bottom.
