Vintage Japanese Straw Tatami Drink Saucers
This is a five-piece set of vintage Japanese handwoven straw tatami drink saucers/coasters, or chataku. Handwoven straw mimicking the traditional tatami mats found in many Japanese homes, temples, etc, this set of folk art coasters each have their own pattern in red, green, and blue. The edges are finished with sewn on brown fabric. They are lightweight and do not take up much space.
