Japanese Wooden Haribako Sewing Chest w/ Folding Floor Table
This is a Japanese sewing box, also called Haribako. Finished with a natural brown color, it is decorated with metal embellishments and decorative hardware. This tansu chest has three small drawers. The top lid can open up to create a workspace for a small sewing machine or for other crafts. The main body of the cabinet is originally intended for a small sewing machine and the doors have small shelves built in. This beautiful piece can be used for storing sewing supplies, crafting supplies, jewelry, or other trinkets.
