Japanese Wooden Miniature Festival Car

This is a vintage Japanese wooden figurine representing a festival car, or dashi. It is black, red and gold with other colors. It has small characters on the inside and the front. The characters on the front are wearing blue festival outfits. They are smiling and dancing. The wheels are rotating and there is a string attached to pull it.
