This is an antique Japanese porcelain sake cup, Ochoko. Japanese words are written, "commemorate the founding of Hida silk". Morishita Town (Katano) in 1917, The Katano factory of Hida Silk Co., Ltd.(silk mill) was founded with the investment of volunteers.
