Vintage Japanese Soy Sauce Dish

This is a vintage Japanese Higeta brand soy sauce dish, Seiji. It is a small, round shallow bowl or plate meant to hold soy sauce as well as other seasonings for the purpose of dipping. Featuring the company's logo, this white little bowl can also hold other food items such as pickles. This is a common dish when eating sashimi, for example.
