Vintage Japanese Aluminum Manual Fruit Juicer
This is a vintage Japanese juicer used in industrial kitchens. It is made of lightweight aluminum with hard rubber feet for traction on surfaces. It comes with a wide-slot sieve or strainer that can be removed for cleaning. It is used by putting in the desired fruit and pressing down on the long handle. The juice exits through a small hole on the bottom and into a container. It can be completely disassembled via a metal pin. It says "Juicer" in Japanese on the side.
