Vintage Japanese Wooden Lacquer Serving Tray, Obon

A vibrant, high-gloss reddish-brown color, this high-quality vintage Hida Shinkei lacquer Japanese serving tray is made of wood. It is oval and features a wooden grain.  Some writing is on the back. 
Obon (serving trays) are typically used for serving drinks and snacks to guests in one's home, business, etc. They provide both function and beautiful decor.
