Vintage Japanese Lacquered Wooden Serving Tray

This is a Japanese vintage lacquered wooden tray, or Obon, typically used for serving drinks and snacks to guests in one's home, business, etc. Colored a striking matte red with a woven pattern on display, this simple and sturdy square tray provides both function and beautiful decor.
