Vintage Japanese Lacquered Serving Tray

This is a Japanese vintage lacquer round serving tray. Its small size and high edge make it usable as a plate. This brown lightweight serving tray was handcrafted according to the traditional Takayama Shunkei technique. This tray comes in its box. 

Obon (serving trays) are typically used for serving drinks and snacks to guests in one's home, business, etc. They provide both function and beautiful decor.
