Vintage Japanese Kabuto Helmet Display w/Wood Box
This is a vintage Japanese decorative iron samurai helmet, or kabuto. In the yoshitsune style, it has brass metal maedate with flowers and leaves at the base and other floral motifs throughout. The curled sides, or fukikaeshi, as well as the decorative ornament at the very top of the helmet depict images of shishi lion logs. It has a gorgeous orange pair of tassels tied at the base. It comes with the original wooden box, however it can be purchased without (see shipping description for more information).
